All donations made to Get Ready Ministry are non-refundable. As donations are immediately directed toward our ongoing ministry work, we are unable to offer any refunds.

2. Merchandise

For any official merchandise launched by Get Ready Ministry:

• Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.

• Exchange requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to product availability.

• We reserve the right to determine whether an item is eligible for exchange or return.
